FILM TEETH
’’ ACHIEVING FLASHING SMILES Many of the flashing smiles on the screen are achieved with the use of false teeth, said Dr. Willis Bray, secretary of the Chicago Dental Society, in a lecture. “The need for perfection before the camera has caused some film stars to dispense with their natural teeth in order to obtain impeccable beauty," he declared. "Stars who do not need artificial teeth often have porcelain ‘Jackets’ fitted over gold and silver fillings to improve their appearance on the screen.”
