In the Kawhia Court yesterday, before two Justices, Frederick Edward Burnell, labourer," aged 44, pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering and theft at C. C. Chalmers’ store at Kinohaku, on June 6. He was committed to the Supreme Court at Hamilton for sentence.
