DANISH BLANC MANGE.
One and a-quarter pints milk, 1 oz gelatine, juice of 1 lemon, 1 teacup apricot jam, squeeze juice of lemon on apricot jam, and mix gradually with it half of the milk warmed. Dissolve gelatine in remainder of milk and add. Stir tall together for a few minutes and pour in wet mould and stand in a cold place to set. Serve with tinned or fresh, fruit or cream.
