MONTHLY MEDAL COMPETITIONS The first round of the ladies’ monthly medal competition of the Te Aroha Golf Club was played on Wednesday last and was won by Mrs C. A. Arthur. The first round of the men’s monthly medal was commenced yesterday an mi_ Wl !- completed on Saturday. Ihe links are responding to the attention being given by the committee and should soon be in first-class condition again. . The coach appointed by the Club is expected to arrive in Te Aroha shortly, and his services doubt be fully availed of.
