Get all the rubbish that has accumulated about your premises gathered together into receptacles that one man can lift, place same handy to the road, and notify the Town Clerk that you have rubbish for removal. Commencing on the 9th. February next a cart and two men will call on all premises within the original area of the Borough, and. will remove all rubbish in position, free of cost to the occupier.: ~ ~ .... Should any premises be. found in an insanitary condition after inspection the occupier will be prosecuted under the Borough By-laws.
