tion of the tribute terras., s ' Or'own : In connection,mith this Company operations are in full swing, a large staff of men being engaged in the different sections of this mine, and also in the bush preparing the timber required for the erection of crushing plant, hoppers, traimyayg, etc. * The Cassel Gold Extracting Co. have completed the excavation of, a site for dwelling houses, and a contract has been let to'Mr P. Cock, oF Paeroa, for their erection. Tenders will be invited in the course of a few days for excavating the site for the plant.,. The whole of the work will be carried on under the supervision of Mr Deinster. Imperial : This mine is under offer to a Sydney syndicate, who evidently mean business, they having pegged off a large area adjoining the Imperial, with the intention of amalgamating the claims on completion of purchase. Adeline : In this mine two men are at work on a small leader, which prospects well. Mat Quinton is still driving away in search oF the reef which shed the rich golden stone found on the suiface.
