THE VICTORIAN RAILWAY ACCIDENT. Melbourne, May 25.

The inquiry regarding the Windsor railway accident was resumed to-day. The examination of Gedge, the Prahran stationmaster, was concluded. His evidence shows that he was unable to arrange his staff as he wished, owing to the interference of superiors. Blackburn, the youth who had charge of the signals at Prahran, was also examined. In the course of his evidence, he admitted that he did not think he thoroughly understood the block system.
