Too Good a Father.

May a clergyman wheel his own baby in a perambulator ? Ono would suppose that he might, but not so think the people of Edinburgh. A clergyman was seen carrying his baby. His horrified congregation presented him withaperambulator,buthislaststate was worse than his first, for he wheeled the vehicle along the streets with his baby on it. This insult to the genteel susceptibilities of his congregation was too much and he received a letter politely informing him that while his capabilities gave satisfaction his pastoral services would no longer be required.
