The Su:. r 's Parliamentary reporter states that tho Hon. ft. J.* Anderson (Minister of Internal Affairs) made his reappearance about Parliament Buildings this morning.. Ho has been discharged from hospital, but has, in tho meantime, to go back everyday to have his wound dressed. The Minister is looking very well, but, as is only natural, walks somewhat shakily. He' will not take his place in the House for about a fortnight yet, preferring to rest until he has recovered his strength.'
