The leader of the Persian Democrats raided the German Consulate in Teheran, carried off a quantity of arms and arrested the consul, Schultz. The Government has ordered the Charge d'Affaires in Teheran to make a protest. As a consequence of the incident, students in the Berlin universities urge the withdrawal of the Persian students.
