RAID IN TEHERAN. GERMANY MAKES A PROTEST. By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Rcc. Aug. 13, 9.35) BERLIN, Auk. 12. The leader of the Persian Democrats raided the German Consulate in Teheran, carried off a quantity of arms and arrested the consul, Schultz. The Government has ordered the Charge d'Affaires in Teheran to make a protest. As a consequence of the incident, students in the Berlin universities urge the withdrawal of the Persian students.
