WORKERS STILL IDLE. [From Our Own Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON, August 12. The men at the State Coal-mine are still idle. The Rt. Hon. W. F. Massey stated today that, while new railway arrangements had been made, at a cost of £4OOO, the miners were still dissatisfied with the time-table. The general manager of the State Coal-mines is goingdown, in the hope of effecting a settlement.
