MARTENS' ASSOCIATE ARRESTED Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Rec. Jan. 6, 9.20) NEW YORK, Jan. 5. Gregory Weinstein, the associate of Martens the Soviety Ambasasdor, has been arrested on deportation warrant. Weinstein is the leader of the Russian Communists in the United States.
