MUSICIAN SEEKS DIVORCE.

Press Association. AUCKLAND, November 4. A divorce, on the ground that his wife refused him marital intercourse was sought to-day by Harold Gregson, the well-known musician, from Louisa Eleanor Gregson. The wife did hot contest the suit. Petitioner, in evidence, said that he was married in 1907, and his wife had refused marital intercourse ever since the marriage. • After some discussion on the question of alimony, Mr Justice Stringer said he would look into similar cases before his decision.
