CHRIST'S COLLEGE.

ELECTION OF FELLOWS. Under a recent statute the- constitution of the Christ's College Board of Governors has been altered, and the Christ's College Old Boys' Association, Incorporated, is entitled to direct representation of six fellows.

To fill these positions from the association, 15 nominations were received. They were as follow: —The Rev. W. S. Bean (Addington), Rev. H. H. Mathias (New Brighton), Rev. W. H. Orbell (Papanui), Dr W. Irving (Christchurch), Messrß P. H. Cox (Christchurch), D. Dobson (Christchurch), T. F. Gibson (Christchurch), C. IT. Gressdn (Timaru), E. H. S. Hamilton (Christchurch), J. O. Jameson (Christchurch), Arnaud McKellar (Christchurch), Gilbert E. Beeves (Christchurch), G. A. U. Tapper (Christchurch), C. H. Tripp (Timaru), and.G. T. Weston (Christchurch). Voting on the selection was very heavy, and closed on Monday. The successful candidates are as follow: Dr W. Irving and Messrs D. Dobson, T. F. Gibson, G. A. U. Tapper, G. T. Weston, and C. Howard Tripp. The old board was entitled to nine representatives, and these have been announced. Three representatives to be appointed by the Standing Committee of the Diocese, however, have yet to be selected.
