April 28, 9.10) LONDON, April 17; The "Sunday Express" states that Lizzie Weihereim, now undergoing 10 years' penal servitude in Aylesbury Gaol, was queen of the German Secret Service, and associated with a German calling himself Reginald Rowlands, whose execution was ah* nounced officially, but without the name, on October 25,1915, She is a daughter-in-law of a naturalised German subject formerly in the British diplomatic service. She obtained, at Scapa Flow, accurate information of the movements of certain naval units. •
