NO DRINK IN WAR TIME. Reuter’s Telegrams. (Pire. March 13, 8.10) OTTAWA, March 12. Canada virtually goes dry from April 1, and will remain so during the war and for a year after peace has been signed, with the exception of the provinces already provided for with legislation.
