Bailey, S.M„ in lhc : Magistrate's Court this afternoon, a case was heard under the Fencing Act if or determining the defendant's liability in respect to the reinstatement of a dividing fence at Sumner that plaintiff alleged had been undermined by excavation and drainage on defendant's , side.. The plaintiff was Archibald Scoit and the defendant Eveleen Laura Bradbury, while Matthew HylElam was also joined as defendant. Mr Geo. Harper appeared for the plaintiff, Mr Dougall for the defendant, and Mr Salter for El am. (Proceeding)
