Wi Hape, arrested on a charge of vecr-iting Mahia Hakeke, a witness in tiie Rua eases, and getting him away from Auckland to defeat justice, was 'Drought before Mr Dyer, S.M., aii-1 rer.andcd to Thursday morning. Tahu Hiraiwane and Tritara Hauika were committed for trial at Hamilton on cliarges of perjury in the Rua cases in the Auckland Supreme Court.
