HOLLWEG'S OPPONENTS. FORM A MAJORITY. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. BERNE, October 12. The "Suldentoche Zeitung" states that Dr von Bethmann-llollweg's opponents now form a majority in the Reichstag, owing to the accession of a large section of the Centre Party, and are resolved to move a motion of "no-confidence" at the earliest moment after the Reichstag reassembles.
