HEAVY BOMBARDMENT. ENEMY ATTACKS STOPPED. HOSTILE INFANTRY SHELLED. Beuter's Teleyranis. LONDON, October 12. Sir Douglas Ilaig reports:—There was a heavy enemv bombardment all day. Attempted enemy ailaeks north of Courcelelle were stopped. We shelled hostile infantry who were assembling in the rear.
