ST. ALBANS METHODIST CHURCH
The officials of the St. Albans .Methodist Church held their quarterly meeting under the chairmanship of the Rev. A. C. Lawry, President of the Conference. In addition to a representative attendance of laymen, the Rev. T. Batty was also present. Sabbath School matters were reported as being in a satisfactory condition, and the circuit membership was stated to be 200. An announcement was made that a deficit on the parsonage renovation account had been met. The balance sheet for the quarter showed that the income had failed to meet the disbursements, anil, in view of that fact that a considerable debit balance had been carried forward from the previous) quarter, it was tie rideil that the first and second Sundays in November should be set apart for offerings, so that the whole of the ilelicil muld be secured. A very cordial invi tation was extended to the chairman to labour in the circuit for a second rear.
