WELLINGTON, December 26.

The Minister of Defence, in telegraphing his good wishes to General Robin and the Defence Staff, said: "I am sure that satisfaction will come to you from the long hours of hard work and duty well done. Please convey this message to the members of your staff, and to the different training camps." General Robin expressed hearty concurrence and appreciation of the excellent work done during a very strenuous year.
