NAPIEE PAEKR.C.'S WINTER MEETING. Press Association. NAPIER. June 25. The Napier Park Racing Club's Winter Meeting was concluded to-day in fine weather, and before a good attendance. The totalizator handled £17,839, making £32,843 for the meeting, as compared with £29,125 for the "Winter Meeting last year. In the Park Steeplechase Waterworks fell at the brush the second time round, bringing down Daylight Bill. The following are concluding results: — PARK STEEPLECHASE, - of 250 soys. Two miles and a-half. —1 Sir Lethe 11.6 (J. Deerev) 1, 5 Cousin Jack 9.10, (A. Lawrence) 2, 6 Paramata 9.7 (A. M'Mullen) 3. Also started: 4 Daylight Bill, 3 Gondolier, 2 Waterworks, 7 Morohiko, 8 Leolanter, 9 Kelp. Sir Lethe led all the way, winning by 20 lengths. Time, smin 25 4-ssec. HUNT CLUB STEEPLECHASE, cup value 20 guineas, with 60 sovs added. About two miles and a-half—2 Bonny 11.5 (Mr J. Shaw) 1, 4 Lady Bibbero 12.0 (Mr J. M'Lean) 2, 6 Defeat (A. Lawrence) 3.
