CANADA’S ELECTION FIGHT BEGINS AT WINNIPEG EMPIRE TRADE AN ISSUE OTTAWA, Tuesday. The Leader of the Conservative Party, Mr. R. B. Bennett, opened his election campaign at Winnipeg today. In the course of his speech Mr Bennett gave a pledge that his party would foster and support a plan for great Empire; trade based on mutual advantage.
