PRICES UNCHANGED There was an average yarding of beef at, the weekly stock sales at Frankton today, prices generally being on a par with late rates. Fat sheep came forward in average numbers, late rates being maintained. A small yarding of store cattle and a large yarding of dairy cattle realised average prices. There was a full 3'arding of fat pigs, stores being offered in lesser numbers. The auctioneers quote as follow: Dalgety and Company, Ltd. —Light young cows and heifers, to £lO Is: others, £8 to £9; inferior and aged fat cows, £5 10s to £7 ss: fat wethers, 265: light fat ewes. 13s 3d to 14s Tel: forward ewes, 12s 6d: store lambs, 9s (3d to 10s; store ewes, 31s 6d to 10s

Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Ltd.—Good quality ox and prime young cow beef met with good competition, and sold at late rates. Fat and store sheep sold on a par with late quotations. There was very little demand for young cattle. There was a medium yarding of pigs, values being on a par with late quotations.
