MAN MISSING
LEFT BLIND INSTITUTE A man of 45 years of age, Phillip Marshall, has been missing from the Jubilee Institute for the blind, Parnell, since seven o’clock yesterday morning. His eyesight is said not to be totally affected. According to a description supplied by the police this morning, Mr. Marshall is sft 3in tall, is of medium build, and of dark complexion. He was -wearing a brown suit and a white shirt with a turn-down collar.
