SALE OF RESTAURANT TO BE EXAMINED BY COURT Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. Facts regarding the sale of a restaurant by Velimir Lingula, a bankrupt, were not made sufficiently clear to satisfy his creditors at the adjourned meeting in Bingula’s estate, and a resolution was passed that the official assignee, Mr. S. Tansley, should tak« such steps as he thinks fit to have persons who can give evidence concerning the sale of bankrupt’s business examined before a magistrate under Section 92 of the Act.
