RIFLE SHOOTING
PAEROA MINIATURE CLUB The members of the Paeroa Miniature Rifle Club held another competition shoot over the 25 yards range in the local drill hall on Wednesday evening. It was very well attended. Although this is only the third shoot that the club has had this season, a considerable improvement lias been shown, especially among the new members. The top score was registered by E. Turton and R. Wells, who tied with a good 97. Following were the scores: E. Turton, sen., 97; R. I. Wells, 97; Albert Simmonds, 95; W. Ainsclough, 94; A. E. Pearson, 94: F. C. Hubbard, 93; A. Goldsworthy’, 92; E.
