FACTORIES IN CANADA NEW YORK, Thursday. A message from Detroit says an announcement from London that British motor-car manufacturers are planning to invade the Canadian market is believed in manufacturing circles there to be aimed not only at the Canadian market, but possibly also the Australian market British plants established in Canada would be granted preferential rates and the Australian market would be taken from the United States.
