RISING AGAINST REDS
INSURGENTS ARE AIDED BY 5.000 PRISONERS OUTBREAK IN SIBERIA Reed. 10.15 a-m. SHANGHAI. Friday. A radio message from Harbin slates that an uprising against the Reds in Vladivostock is assuming large proportions. Over half of the city is in the hands of the insurgents. Prisoners numbering 5,000. who were freed from the gaols, ore supporting the insurgents, while the Red officials are fleeing.
