DOCTOR’S PLANE CRASHES AND KILLS THREE PHYSICIAN, NURSE AND PILOT Reed. 9.50 a.m. MINNEAPOLIS, Fri. A physician, a nurse, and the pilot of an airplane, who were speeding for an urgent operation, were all killed when the plane crashed within 10 miles of its destination.
