A GIFTED AUCKLANDER.—Thousands of children have enjoyed the stories of Isabel Maud Peacocke, who recently added to the list of her tales for young folk “The Runaway Princess." Isabel Maud Peacocke is Mrs. Cluett, of Main Road, St. Heliers Bay. She has also written recently a romantic modern novel, “Waif’s Progress” (this time, by Isabel M Cluett). The book has been published by Hodder and Stoughton, Ltd., of London.
