ARBITRATION COURT

AUCKLAND SITTING BEGINS LONG FIXTURE LIST The quarterly sitting of the Arbitration Court began in Auckland this morning. The court consists of Mr. Justice Frazer and Messrs. L. J. Schmitt and A. L. Monteith, employers’ and workers’ assessors respectively. Fixtures were made this morning and the first cases will begin on Monday morning. The court will sit here until Thursday, December 19, when an adjournment will be made for the holiday vacation. The court will resume on February 6 at Hamilton, and return to Auckland shortly afterward. The fixture list is as follows: Monday. Friday, December 13.—10 a.m., Daisy Morrison (Mr. Finlay) v. the King (Mr. Meredith) ; 2.15 p.m., Percy Hetherington (Mr. Dickson) v. W. J. Blows, both compensation cases. Saturday, December 14.—10 a.m., Evelyn Little (Mr. Meredith) v. Nearing and Co., Ltd. (Mr. Sellar) ; Howison and White, Limited (compensation cases). Monday, December 16. —10 a.m., Florence W.
