In the front seat of the car were the owner and driver, Mr. Arthur Jack an 'l Mrs. Jack. The rear seat was occupied by Misses B. Murray. I Haines and Messrs. W. Donohue and Somerville. The car had crossed the bridge and apparently missed the narrow running plank, and swerved as reached the other end. It turned a * angles to the road straddling i on the right-hand side. I )r - Greville was called from Darga ville and he found that Miss Murray Wa * suffering from a severe scalp wound, and Mr. Sommerville from a injury, although not so severe. The other occupants escaped with braises and scratches. It is expected that Miss Murray will bo able to leave the hospital in a few day*.
