MOVE TO QUASH LICENCE The application for a writ of certiorari to quash the licence granted by the Marsden Licensing Committee in June last for the Kamo Springs Hotel, was mentioned to Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court today. On _ account of pressure of chamber business, his Honour saift lie could not take the case that day, and that unless lie could make a special trip from Hamilton during next week, the case would have to stand over until after the Christmas vacation.
