ALSO FARMER WHO SUPPLIED LIQUOR TIMARU CASE Press Association TIMARU, Today. In the Timaru Magistrate’s Court, James Robb McCully, a farmer, of Seadown, on a charge of being drunk while in charge of a motor-car, was fined £2O and had his licence cancelled till December 31, 19$0. For McCully with drink, knowing him to he prohibited, Maurice John Harnett, a farmer, of Seadown, was fined £lO.
