Peas and Beans.—Slow. Beet Sugar.—January, 6s 9d. BUTTER AND CHEESE The butter market is dull. Danish is quoted at 176 s to 178 s; choicest salted New Zealand, 166 s to 168 s; Australian, 162 sto 1645. Unsalted New Zealand is scarce at 186 s; Australian, 174 s to 1765. The cheese market is slow. New Zealand white is quoted at 90s; coloured, 925.
