MR. WILFORD SAYS GOOD-BYE Press Association \V\fcIL,L.rNGTO>:. Today. At a Cabinet meeting yesterday the H4>n. T. M. Wiifora’s colleagues took the opportunity of saying farewell to the new High Commissioner, as it was the last meeting of the Cabinet which he was likely to attend. The Hon. G. W. Forbe*, Sir Apirana Xgata, and the Hon. T. K. Sidey made felicitous speeches, and on behalf of the members of the Ministry presented Mr. Wilford with a handsome rug and a similar one for Mrs. Wilford, manufactured in his old electorate. Mr. Wilford leaves for London by the Rangitiki today.
