FOR BLIND STENOGRAPHERS. — With this machine, using a combination of Braille and Pitman, with contracted forms employed to the fullest extent, the blind operator can take dictation with a speed and accuracy leaving little to be desired. The machine is similar in principle to the braille writer but prints the characters on tape to save altering the position of a paper at the end of each line.
