SEQUEL TO COLLISION

DANGEROUS DRIVING CHARGE Charles Edward John Bassett (Mr. Meredith) was charged at the Otahuhu Court yesterday before Mr. F. M. Levien, S.M., with driving a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner and failing to keep to the left. The charge was the outcome of an accident at the corner of Hillcrest Road and Station Road on March 15, when Alexander Black, a motor-cyclist, was injured. After hearing lengthy evidence the magistrate said that he would view the site of the accident, and give his decision later.
