FELL DOWN SHAFT
ACCIDENT IN QUEEN STREET SHOP YOUNG MAN INJURED Falling 10 feet down a li/t shaft while shopping at the shop of Wingate and Company, Limited, Queen Street, this morning, resulted in Mr. Henry Day, age about 30, suffering a fracture of his skull.
He was taken to the Auckland Hospital by the St. John Ambulance. His condition is stated to be serious.
