ARBITRATION BILL PASSES FOUR VOTE MARGIN (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 3.30 p.m. CANBERRA, Today. The Arbitration Bill before the Federal House, on which the fate of the Australian Government hinged, was passed at its second reading by 34 votes to 30. The division was reached after midday.
