TOURIST TROPHY RACING
THOUSANDS WATCH EVENT ON ISLE OF MAN FORTY-SEVEN COMPETITORS British Official Wireless Rccd. 10.40 a.m. RUGBY, Friday. The senior tourist trophy motor rare on the Isle of Man today attracted 47 competitors, and huge crowds lined Lho roads to witness the event. The race was won by Dodson on a Sunbeam in three hours 39min 59seo. Bennett on a Sunbeam was second in ohr 44min 47sec, and Tyrell Smith on a Rudgc-Whitworth was third in 3hr 45min 37sec. The winner averaged a speed of 72.05 miles an hour.
