YOUTH WHO STOLE £l9 WHEREABOUTS OF MONEY “We have not yet recovered the money; lie won't tell us where it is,** remarked Chief-Detective Hammond when Alexander Robertson appeared at the Police Court this morning. Robertson, aged 19, was charged with stealing £l9 14s 2d from Horatio ‘William Dixon at Birkenhead on Thursday. Mr. Moody appeared for Robertson and entered a plea of guilty. “I understand a statement lias been made to the police admitting the offence,” he said, Accused was remanded for sentence until Wednesday.
