MR. W. RATTRAY’S RECORD A, record of 34 years’ unbroken tendances at meetings of St. John Ambulance since he was appointed, secretary in 1895. was unfortunately broken by Air. William Rattray last evening. Regret was general among members when it was announced that his health would not permit his presence at the meeting. Archbishop Averill described Air. Rattray’s work as a noble record of service. On his suggestion. a motion of sympathy expressing hope for his speedy restoration to health, and appreciation of his long and splendid service, was carried by acclamation. 4 %
