The .Estimates upon which the above Rates are being struck, having been approved by the Council, are open for inspection at the Town Clerk's Office between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on all business days of the week, except Saturdays, when they will be open for inspection * between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. WATER RATES. Upon all Lands and Buildings to which water is supplied, whose annual rateable value, as appearing on the A aluation Roll— POES NOT exceed Twelve Pounds Ten filings, a Rate of Ten Shillings EXCEEDS Twelve Pounds Ten Shillings, at Rate of 2i per centum (2.1 per cent.), upon the annual rateable. value, provided that in no case shall the minimum amount of such rate be less than Ten Shillings <10s).
