WANT RESIDENT JUDGE

COMPLAINTS FROM DUNEDIN (Special to THE SUN) DUNEDIN, Wednesday. The need for a resident member of the Supreme Court Bench in Dunedin has been stressed since the death of Sir William Sim nearly ten months ago. A large amount of legal business has had to go to Wellington and Christchurch, and all sessions in Dunedin have been presided over by a visiting Judge. The Otago Law Society has now' been assured that, in all probability, Mr. Justice Kennedy will be resident in Dunedin next year.
