AS the Auckland Trotting Club s A winter fixture is the last for the present season, and Fridayis the last day for receiving acceptances for the opening days card, owners and trainers desirous o making an effort to secure some of the prize money offering should carefully note that 5 p.m. is the latest acceptances can be taken. A second later, and the ”too late sign will be hoisted. It is better to get in early and save disappointment.
