INDOOR BOWLING
FULL RINK TOURNAMENT The full rink tourney under the auspices of the Friendly Societies Indoor Bowling Association was commenced on Saturday afternoon in the Ponsonby Drill Hall. A total of 36 rinks competed and a most enjoyable afternoon’s sport resulted. The arrangements were under the direction of Bro. G. Jarrett, vice-president, and G. F. Day, secretary. The president, Bro. F. A. Harris, was unavoidably absent through illness. Section play will be completed next Saturday afternoon.
