DREADFUL EARTHQUAKE AT KHORASSAN VILLAGES WIPED OUT (Australian and X.Z. Press Association) Reed. 12.50 p.m. TEHERAN, Sunday. Two thousand persons perished in an earthquake in the Khorassan district. Whole villages were wiped out. More than 700 buildings were destroyed.
